Position Overview: As a Territory Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be to target and build relationships with key customers in your designated area. You will educate homeowners on the storm and fire damage restoration services we offer, understand their unique needs, and ultimately close sales to help generate revenue for the company. If you are a motivated self-starter with a knack for building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers affected by storm and fire damage in your assigned territory. Build and nurture strong relationships with homeowners and key decision-makers. Educate customers on the restoration process, services, and the value we bring to their home recovery. Conduct in-person meetings, assessments, and presentations to discuss how we can help. Effectively close sales and generate revenue by turning leads into satisfied customers. Track and manage leads and sales opportunities using CRM software. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, our services, and competitive offerings. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in home restoration, construction, or related industries. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical restoration concepts. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently. Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
