About the role Biostadt Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and skilled Territory Sales Executive(Supervisor) to join our sales team in the Calabarzon region, IloIilo and Mindoro. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and achieving our ambitious business objectives. What you will be doing … Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and maximize sales opportunities within your assigned territory Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to your sales team to continuously improve their performance and skills Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales tactics accordingly Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute joint promotional campaigns that generate leads and drive sales Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase our products and services What we are looking for… Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a sales representative or sales supervisor in the agrochemical industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Strong leadership and coaching abilities to effectively manage and motivate a sales team Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Company-provided vehicle and gasoline Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25, $30,000.00 per month Benefits: Company car Work Location: Remote
