Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. This role requires a strong focus on outside sales, account management, and business development, with an emphasis on building lasting relationships with clients. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in B2B sales and technology sales to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Will be commission-based. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for effective territory management. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments. Strong background in account management with a focus on customer satisfaction. Demonstrated success in lead generation, direct sales, and territory management. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. Ability to deliver engaging product demos that resonate with diverse audiences. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong customer service orientation. Experience in retail sales and lawn care is preferred.
