Job Details
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or related field).
Minimum 2+ years of residential flooring sales or wholesale building materials experience.
Strong background in territory management and dealer relationship building.
Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle, with ability to travel frequently across Southern California.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Call on residential flooring dealers across Southern California to promote and sell flooring products (LVP, wood, laminate).
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and sales staff.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the dealer base.
Maintain deep product knowledge and assist in dealer training.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals with urgency and accountability.
Manage expenses and territory travel efficiently while representing the brand.
