Territory Sales Manager - HVAC/Refrigeration New Castle, DE Overview: Our client - a leading HVAC/R distributor - is seeking an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to generate new business and expand market share across the HVAC/R industry, with a strong emphasis on growing the refrigeration division. This role is focused on new account development, customer relationship management, and overall sales growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong HVAC outside sales background, with refrigeration knowledge strongly preferred, and a track record of success. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand market presence, with a focus on refrigeration growth. Prospect, cold call, and follow up on leads to generate new opportunities. Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships to maximize account potential. Prepare quotations, manage pricing for assigned accounts, and resolve customer concerns promptly. Collaborate with warehouse and branch managers to coordinate orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document sales activity, pipelines, and call logs in CRM systems. Represent the company at industry trade shows and events as needed. Established customer network or following within the HVAC/R distribution market is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow market share. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient when prospecting. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools (Eclipse or similar a plus). High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary + Commission. Company vehicle provided after 90 days. Laptop & phone provided on day one.
