Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of medical device, IT, or capital equipment sales success (hospital-based strongly preferred) Proven track record of exceeding quota and growing territory revenue Strong presentation and negotiation skills with both clinical and executive stakeholders Hunter mentality—self-motivated, competitive, and strategic Based in this territory - relocation not considered Ability to travel up to 50%
