Keiser is looking for driven, results-oriented sales leaders from diverse backgrounds to manage a designated sales territory with a $3 million annual revenue goal. This territory includes approximately five key market segments: sports performance, government/tactic, longevity and older adults, and medical and commercial sectors.
Territory Managers will be challenged and empowered to:
Handle sales within a given geography
Consult, advise, and engage with customers to meet the needs of their business
Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning
Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics
Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences
Confidently discuss options and close contracts
Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs; identify and suggest products and services that meet those needs
Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
Have a flexible schedule that will allow for necessary travel
Participate in company-led events
Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor's Degree or meaningful sales experience
A current, valid driver's license and clean driving record
Because Driving is required for the position, the hired candidate must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the last 3 years
Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years will immediately disqualify candidates for this position
Candidates must be able to work full-time within the United States without sponsorship
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities
Up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds occasionally; up to 50 pounds (seldom)

Exempt position; Salary Range: $60,000 - $200,000

Final compensation will be determined based on experience
This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary for this position, based on a wide range of factors including market data/ranges, qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law
