That\'s why we\'re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help us bring our innovative solutions to merchants throughout the area. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and bring in net new business with your own sales from prospects while also recruiting, growing, and leading a smaller team of sales professionals. Use a consultative approach to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships you build. Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, present Heartland solutions, and close sales in target vertical markets (restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more). Coach and support Relationship Managers and train sales reps under you to achieve sales goals. Collaborate with your Division Manager to train, coach, and accompany initial appointments and to manage a short-cycle sales process using Atlas, our tablet-based CRM platform. Recruit, hire, and grow your sales team; be responsible for talent development within the group. Work primarily from a home office with a flexible schedule and maximize residual income from the business you bring in. Maintain professional demeanor, integrity, urgency, and strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills. Engage in local networking and prospecting to find sales reps and opportunities; participate in both independent and collaborative work environments. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License Successful completion of pre-employment background check Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near 60th day of employment Must live in area relative to job posting location Compensation and Benefits Compensation is based on performance with aggressive weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership as targets are met or exceeded.
