Overview
We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager for the Restaurants Tech division in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on new business development and growth within local restaurants. Our team values a people-first, goal-driven approach and hands-on customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business: Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Chicago area.
Be in the field: Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and show how our technology can transform operations.
Problem-solve with purpose: Act as a trusted advisor with authentic, non-pushy sales tactics.
Own your pipeline: Use tools like Salesforce to track activity and forecast performance.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Stay ahead: Keep current on industry trends and competitive offerings to improve pitching.
What You Bring
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management
A hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships
Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms)
Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with clients in any setting
Self-motivated and goal-oriented; you value autonomy and results
Local to the Chicago, IL area and willing to travel daily
Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or similar)
Bonus If You Have
Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations

Salary Range
Base starts with $65,000–$80,000+ plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
