About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and support our independent agency distribution network across South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in the insurance industry and established relationships with independent agencies in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent agents to promote Patriot Select products.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to set and achieve production goals with agents.
- Represent Patriot Select at trade association meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
- Serve as a key liaison between agents and the organization, addressing and following up on agency needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
- Provide product feedback and insights from the field to internal teams.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to agents and brokers on products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
- Prospect, onboard, and expand agency relationships through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital communication.
- Document agency visits and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed (including overnight).
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
