Location: Iowa or neighboring states Job Summary The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for providing consultative sales to customers throughout their region. The TSM is expected to follow Trinity processes, achieve sales targets, and work collaboratively throughout the organization to best serve our customers. The TSM can expect to spend a great deal of time in territory, visiting customers, generating new business and research. The ideal candidate for this role is independently driven, highly reliable and passionate about the products/services we provide. Primary Job Responsibilities Provide consultative sales, promoting all products to deliver value to customers. Deliver sales presentations for potential customers following Trinity's process. Regularly visit customers to evaluate their needs and develop relationships. Represent Trinity Trailer and Company Core Values in all sales interactions. Learn and execute ability to answer questions regarding products, specs, prices, availability, etc. Collaborate effectively with Company team members to best serve customers and meet customer commitments. Own the Trinity relationship and brand. Requirements and Experience At least 5+ years of field sales experience in a similar industry Success gathering customer or product information to determine customer needs CRM experience Willing to travel 50+% of the time, within the assigned geographic territory Farming or agricultural science background/knowledge preferred Some mechanical aptitude is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Salary is comprised of base salary and commission.
