Our products are used in various industries, including public safety, transportation, education, health care and utilities. Job Summary As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market penetration for our products. You will be responsible managing dealers and integrators in the territory and also developing business with end users, and triaging technical issues in the field to ensure partner and user satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and target potential customers, including public safety agencies, transportation companies, and utility providers and other wireless communications users. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. Provide technical support and assistance to customers during pre- and post-sales stages. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and services. Regularly update CRM opportunities in internal and external databases, monitor sales pipeline while providing reporting for managed territories. Attend virtual and in-person meetings and training seminars with manufacturers. Develop tools and resources for business development, account management, and marketing content. Strategize solutions, and provide "cocktail napkin" system design concepts to customers, as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the land mobile communications industry. Strong technical knowledge of land mobile communication systems and related technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to manage projects through entire sales process from lead to close Proficiency in excel, Zoho CRM software (a plus), Google Workspace and other sales tools. Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
