Territory Sales Manager

Four Star Homes is Florida's largest and most experienced manufactured home broker since 1982.
Our company is seeking an experienced, highly qualified Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of our business, including marketing, accounting, and operations.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5 years or more of sales management and training experience in any of the following industries:
Mobile and Manufactured Homes/Chattel (preferred)
RV Sales
Real Estate
The Sales Manager must also be able to work closely with our executive staff to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to the development and management of our organization.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to work directly with our marketing staff to respond to customer inquiries and conflict resolution received from digital channels.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Hire and train Sales Agents for the Location/Territory (Tampa Area and 2-3 hour radius)
Motivate and assist Sales Agents in the production of listings and sales
Hold regular sales meetings and caravan opportunities for agents.
Supervise appropriate marketing and other details related to the promotion of the office listings and service offerings.
Maintain regular communication with Company management
Evaluate current Location staff and provide staffing recommendations to the company CEO and President.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the President and CEO.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $25,000 per year (non-negotiable)
Commission: Lucrative, team-based performance commission structure
Total Expected Earnings: $100,000–$130,000+ annually, based on team performance
