Territory Sales Manager JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. Summary: Responsible for increasing sales and market share of company products to accounts and prospects in assigned region. Territory: Mountain West 30% Sales Incentive Plan + Base Salary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. Create sales growth and demand for JELD-WEN door portfolio of products at the builder, dealer, and distributor levels. Develop and achieve annual sales budget. Aggressively pursue and secure new sales opportunities; support customer efforts to grow targeted business Plan activities, manage accounts/contacts, identify and track opportunities, manage leads and communicate pertinent information via CRM Assist with dispute resolution by identifying and resolving customer concerns Provide product and solution expertise (Assist with training customer sales associates on how to sell JW products and/or services) Focus efforts on selling activities to improve sales process efficiency and productivity Support customer support teams by completing required inspections and basic repairs Manage customer merchandise teams by developing and strengthening relationships Manage product mix with concentration on correct assortment, rate of sale, and development of best practices Provide internal sales reporting and present annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic and tactical plans. Qualifications: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum of two years related sales experience and/or training, preferably in the window and door industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read blueprints and knowledge to perform window and door takeoffs preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software (Salesforce preferred), electronic pricing catalog, other electronic pricing methods (MQS/M2O, etc.), expense reporting program, and other web-based programs The employee may be required to travel in support of sales, training, and service management. Expected pay for this role is between $76,800.00 to $127,900.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
