Overview Acara Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity.

Territory Summary Covers San Jose/Silicon Valley (primary focus) with additional accounts across the Bay Area, Central Coast (Santa Cruz, Monterey, Salinas, Gilroy), and Central Valley (Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento region) . Base Salary: $85-$90k DOE Uncapped Commission Plan Established Accounts : Candidates will begin by managing and expanding existing business relationships. Primary Responsibilities Expand the client base. Enhance relationships with existing customers. Drive new client acquisition. Maintain and grow current customer accounts. Increase overall sales volume and contribution margins within the designated territory Requirements Motivated and results-oriented individual. Dedicated to achieving sales targets.
