Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth and Account Management: o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. 2. Client Relations and Communication: o Conduct regular customer visits to provide product training, updates, and support. o Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. o Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., customer service and fabrication). 3. Market Analysis and Reporting: o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs. o Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to management. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. MAY 2025 4. Product Expertise: o Stay informed about the company’s products/services and industry developments. o Present and demonstrate products effectively to both new and existing customers. 5. Territory Management: o Plan and prioritize daily work schedules and travel routes efficiently. o Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 6. Customer Retention and Expansion: o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base. o Support and implement loyalty-building initiatives to strengthen customer relationships. 7. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: o Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively. o Proactively identify potential challenges and implement practical solutions. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
