About the Role: As a Business Development Representative , you’ll manage a defined territory and an existing book of business, while aggressively growing your client base. You’ll be the face of Craftsmen Resources to your market, building long-term relationships and delivering staffing solutions that work. ? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime required)
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand client needs and provide tailored construction staffing solutions Spend 50% of your time generating new business and 50% managing accounts Prospect new leads via online tools, phone outreach, and jobsite visits Learn industry-specific knowledge to support accurate and consultative sales Use Mondays to plan the week, set appointments, and make prospecting calls Follow and apply Craftsmen’s structured sales process Update CRM daily with client interactions, opportunities, and orders Collaborate with recruiting and management teams to meet client expectations Bring creativity, initiative, and a positive team mindset every day
Requirements: 3+ years of B2B sales (inside or outside) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Strong communication, reasoning, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Reliable transportation (model year 5 years or newer, under 80,000 miles) Valid driver’s license Must pass a drug test and background check CRM experience is a plus Construction industry knowledge is a plus
