Tejas Equipment Rentals is growing fast, and we're looking for a driven, field-focused Territory Sales Rep to help us expand across the construction, industrial, and commercial markets.

This is a boots-on-the-ground sales role-you'll be out in the field building relationships, solving problems, and earning trust with the people who keep the job sites moving.

Life at Tejas Equipment Rentals

• Build and manage relationships with contractors and site personnel

• Prospect new leads and follow up consistently

• Visit job sites to understand and anticipate equipment needs

• Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure smooth delivery

• Track your activity and customer info in our CRM (RepMove)

• Represent Tejas with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through
