Territory Sales Representative Entry-Level Medical Sales

We're looking for a motivated, early-career sales professional to join our fast-growing team as a Territory Sales Representative. You'll be the face of our company across a defined territory, expanding our presence in non-acute healthcare settings like long-term care facilities, senior living communities, retail and LTC pharmacies, outpatient clinics, physician offices, home health & hospice, and corrections.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales in Your Territory

  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Educate physicians, pharmacists, and providers on clinical benefits and ROI
  • Represent our company at trade shows and local events

Own Your Accounts

  • Manage your sales pipeline and forecast opportunities
  • Keep CRM and customer notes up to date
  • Submit accurate reports and expense logs on time

Be a Trusted Partner

  • Act as a resource to healthcare professionals, helping them solve real patient care challenges
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and support

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)
  • 13 years of sales experience in: Medical sales (pharma, device, diagnostics) OR B2B sales with proven success and a desire to enter healthcare
  • Clinical or healthcare experience (even in a non-sales role) is a plus
