You will manage a defined territory across Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, focusing on specialists performing elective procedures. With no implant brand limitations, this position allows you to access a broad base of surgeon offices and build trusted relationships through value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of current accounts
- Execute growth strategies for all product lines within your territory
- Build strong relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and surgical specialists
- Represent the company at study clubs, surgical training events, and trade shows
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and KPIs
- Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications
- 23 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in dental or medical industries
- Track record of success in territory development and client relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable analyzing data and managing a sales funnel
- Bachelors degree preferred
