You will manage a defined territory across Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, focusing on specialists performing elective procedures. With no implant brand limitations, this position allows you to access a broad base of surgeon offices and build trusted relationships through value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of current accounts
  • Execute growth strategies for all product lines within your territory
  • Build strong relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and surgical specialists
  • Represent the company at study clubs, surgical training events, and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and KPIs
  • Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance targets


Qualifications

  • 23 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in dental or medical industries
  • Track record of success in territory development and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable analyzing data and managing a sales funnel
  • Bachelors degree preferred
