You will manage a defined territory spanning Northern California, including Sacramento up to the Oregon border, Reno, and down to Fresno . With no implant brand limitations, this position allows you to access a broad base of surgeon offices and build trusted relationships through value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of current accounts
Execute growth strategies for all product lines within your territory
Build strong relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and surgical specialists
Represent the company at study clubs, surgical training events, and trade shows
Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and KPIs
Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications
2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in dental or medical industries
Track record of success in territory development and client relationship management
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Comfortable analyzing data and managing a sales funnel
Bachelor’s degree preferred
