We're growing, and we're looking for a Retail Sales Representative (RSR) who's ready to hustle, think smart, and deliver results. What You'll Do As an RSR, you'll be the go-to expert and trusted partner for customers in your territory. You'll promote our full line of new, used, and rental equipment solutions, help guide deals from start to finish, and ensure customers experience best-in-class service every step of the way. This isn't a desk job you'll spend 80% of your time in the field , meeting customers where they are and learning what they need. Your Impact Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities
Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Provide solutions, not just equipment by understanding each customer's challenges and offering the right mix of products and services
Collaborate cross-functionally with service, parts, and marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience
Stay sharp on the latest products, trends, and competitors to remain an expert in the field
Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new customers in your assigned territory
Maintain accurate records in CRM calls, contacts, opportunities, quotes, and sales
Create and execute a weekly sales plan aligned with territory goals
Present product demos, attend events, and host open houses
Assist with collections and cross-sell parts, service, and rental solutions

You're a Fit If You Have 25 years of outside sales experience (heavy equipment or related industry preferred)
A passion for helping customers and closing deals
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A self-starter mentality and the drive to work independently
Comfort working outdoors and around construction sites
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile apps
High school diploma or GED required; technical or college degree a plus
What to Expect Extensive local travel 80% of your time in the field (mostly within 12 hours of your home branch)
Occasional overnight travel for training or vendor events
Work in diverse environments job sites, customer offices, dealerships
Regular physical activity, including lifting, climbing equipment, and navigating rough terrain
