We are growing rapidly, and the North Territory is primed for expansion. We need an energetic hunter who already knows how construction projects move—from spec, to GC bid, to punch-list.
- Own the full sales cycle for automatic sliding, swinging, ICU, and ADA-compliant door packages, as well as related service agreements, across healthcare, education, retail, and industrial clients.
- Manage Territory: Identify, target, and secure contracts in target verticals across Northern Wisconsin with ~60% regional travel.
- Promote Collaboration: Collaborate with the dedicated sales support team (project managers, sales ops, technicians, and OEMs) to ensure flawless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prospect & Qualify: Leverage Dodge data, GC bid boards, and your network to maintain a healthy 3× pipeline.
- Bid & Close: Prepare section 084229/087100 quotes, lead pre-bid walkthroughs, negotiate terms, and secure purchase orders.
- Forecast and Report KPIs: Forecast and report weekly GM%, pipeline coverage, and close rates to the Director of Sales.
- 3 - 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in construction products or building services (e.g., door hardware, storefront glazing, overhead doors, access control, HVAC, security integration)
- Demonstrated success selling to general contractors, architects, or facilities managers through formal bid processes
- Ability to read and interpret specs, door schedules, and shop drawings
- Strong organizational and territory planning skills
- Self-starter mentality, high energy, competitive drive, and the ability to operate independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally ~60% of the time
- Base Salary: $85k - $95k (commensurate with experience)
- On-Target Earnings: $130k - $140k
