Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes.

Requirements Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start. A Property & Casualty insurance license is not initially required, but must be completed within 90 days. A Life & Health Insurance license is not initially required, but must be completed within 180 days.
