About You Are you someone who enjoys developing clear processes, teaching others,and contributing to a high-performing retail team? Do you have a knack for writing, a passion for retail training, and an interest in the automotive industry? What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for retail operations, including sales processes, customer service procedures, inventory practices, and installation workflows Deliver training to retail staff in both virtual and in-person formats, covering onboarding, process updates, sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational standards Create training materials such as manuals, job aids, instructional presentations, e-learning content, and quick-reference guides Assess training effectiveness through observation, feedback, and assessments; revise materials based on operational needs Collaborate with store managers, operations leadership, and subject matter experts to gather input for training content and process improvements Provide on-site coaching and support during new store openings, product launches, or procedural rollouts Stay current on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Daily Life Imagine your day: You'll be developing, writing, and maintaining comprehensive SOPs for retail operations, delivering training to retail staff, and creating impactful training materials. You'll also be assessing training effectiveness, collaborating with various teams, and providing on-site coaching and support. What You Bring Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail training, operations, or SOP development Strong technical writing and editing skills for training and procedural documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage adult learners Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Willingness to travel to retail locations (up to 25%) Bonus Points Experience in the aftermarket automotive accessories industry or related retail environment Knowledge of instructional design principles and training evaluation methods Prior experience developing e-learning or multimedia training content What We Offer Perks + Benefits Competitive Pay/Salary - Negotiable based on experience Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - Eligible 1st of the month following 30 days employment Company 401k with match - Eligible following 90-day intro period Employee Discount Program - Eligible following 90-day intro period Paid Time Off - Eligible following 90-day intro period.
