Ansell is looking for a Training Manager, Medical Sales & Customer Experience Innovation Center (CXIC) to join our team in Alpharetta, GA!
In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Medical Sales Training and leading educational experiences at Ansell's Customer Experience Innovation Center (CXIC). You'll split your time between developing and delivering sales training programs and curating immersive, high-impact experiences at the CXIC that support onboarding, continuing education, and commercial marketing initiatives.

What your role will be? CXIC Leadership : Serve as the lead facilitator and coordinator for all CXIC experiences, including "A Visitor's Journey," "Ansell 101," and "Why Ansell" training.
Medical Sales Training : Lead onboarding and continuing education for the Medical Commercial Unit, in partnership with Clinical and Marketing teams.
Curriculum Development : Design and execute sales training strategies and content aligned with commercial goals and delivered through both classroom and CXIC-based formats.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams to understand training needs and develop tailored CXIC education playbooks.
Train-the-Trainer : Prepare internal resources to deliver consistent, high-quality training experiences.
Event Hosting : Support and lead regional and national sales events hosted at the CXIC, engaging external stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
Program Evaluation : Capture feedback, measure training effectiveness, and continuously improve CXIC and sales training programs.
Budget Management : Maintain and forecast budgets related to CXIC activities and recommend enhancements to improve center effectiveness.
What will you bring to Ansell? Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in medical or healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the decision-making process in acute, sub-acute, and dental settings.
Excellent communication, organization, and project planning skills.
Experience in content creation, instructional design, and working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
