Purpose of this position: The purpose of this position is to drive sales for the Touchstone Communities' portfolio of skilled nursing communities in Texas through value-based selling. By possessing a comprehensive understanding of the post-acute market and selling clinical outcomes, the sales professional will meet the needs of customers to gain results and build successful relationships for the company.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute a Regional Sales Plan. Act as a liaison between Touchstone Communities and key health care providers. Effectively communicate with Communities and Regional IDT teams. Assume accountability in Point Click Care, the CRM module and reporting features. Demonstrates dependability and punctuality. Observe infection control procedures. Follow Residents' Rights policies and procedures and observe all HIPPA requirements. Observe all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare industry. An associate's degree in a business-related field or a minimum of 2 years of sales related experience. Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience using a CRM not required but a plus. Must be able to work independently and with a team.
