Trust & Estate Planning Associate – Dallas Direct Counsel is seeking a Trust & Estate Planning Associate to join a highly regarded Estate Planning Practice Group in Dallas . This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate to work on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management matters for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies Strong background in: Drafting complex estate plans and business succession planning documents Charitable giving and tax-exempt organization planning Estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning Probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates Federal gift and estate tax returns
