Qualifications: Strong client service and sales abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities: Create personalized interactions for optimal customer experiences. Demonstrate knowledge about company merchandise and remain up to date as new products are introduced. Strive to create a good impression and deliver memorable service to clients, exhibiting a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry with a focus on storytelling and hospitality. Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity. Comply with all company guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined in all company publications. Build effective working relationships with team members. Organize merchandise and displays accordingly to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
