UCaaS Advisor: Sales Retention & Growth Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UCaaS Adoption & Retention Lead to drive growth and adoption of Zoom Phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic campaigns to drive Zoom Phone adoption within accounts.
Create and implement competitive displacement strategies to replace incumbent UCaaS solutions with Zoom Phone
Partner with Account Executives to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and drive complex sales cycles
Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate conversations and opportunities
Provide product expertise and competitive positioning throughout the sales cycle
Conduct technical and business value demonstrations highlighting Zoom Phone's advantages
Navigate complex stakeholder environments to secure buy-in for migration to Zoom Phone
Track and report on adoption metrics, pipeline development, and competitive displacement success
Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) sales, preferably with direct Zoom Phone or competitive product experience
Strong hunting skills with demonstrated success in new business development and competitive displacement
Experience designing and executing multi-touch sales campaigns and strategic plays
Ability to manage complex and competitive sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in working with Account Executives in an overlay specialist capacity
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate the business value of UCaaS solutions
Experience with sales methodologies and CRM systems
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

As the UCaaS Retention Lead, you will directly impact both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your work will directly benefit Account Executives creating a win-win scenario for our customers, our sales team, and Zoom's business objectives. You'll play a crucial role in maximizing the value of our existing customer relationships while helping organizations modernize their communications infrastructure with Zoom Phone.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$174.500,00Maximum:
$389.400,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
