Responsibilities – Used Car Sales Manager:

Responsible for all used car sales at the dealership Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, and gross on a monthly and annual basis Manages vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins Appraises incoming used cars Used Car Sales Manager must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the process

Qualifications/Requirements – Used Car Sales Manager:

New or Used Car Sales Management experience required Auction experience is a plus but not required Outstanding communication skills, written, and oral Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry Understanding of and ability to coach and counsel employees and help them to grow into top salespeople Positive team management/motivation skills Professional appearance and work ethic Valid Driver's License Please upload your resume.
