Organizing and managing all sales activities in the department. Recruiting, hiring, and training a successful retail sales team. Fostering positive relationships with customers. Monitoring vehicle inventory levels and ensuring optimal supply. Keeping the sales team informed about inventory and available promotions. Appraising incoming used vehicles accurately. Working closely with the General Manager to budget sales and expenses effectively. Supporting sales associates during customer engagements. Enhancing overall customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process. Overseeing the used car sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Collaborating with the Financial Services Department to refine sales processes. Offering assistance to sales associates in closing deals as required. Qualifications We Seek: At least two years of experience in Automotive Sales Management. Experience with Subprime Banks is a plus! Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Email. A self-motivated approach with independent working capabilities. Strong desire to thrive in a commission-based environment. A high-energy and positive attitude. Exceptional customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. A strong ability to work within a structured environment. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
