Overview
User Experience Researcher (Bangkok-based, Relocation provided). This role defines end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of user experience research projects to inform product decisions. The position is based in Bangkok with relocation support. Responsibilities
Demonstrates critical thinking beyond explicit business requests. Follows through on independent operational research tasks. Leads core end-to-end research activities — including defining objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication of findings to product teams. Qualifications
Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field. 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains. Ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze, and communicate research effectively. Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.). Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, crosstabs, statistical concepts). Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors. Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to diverse stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative data. Strong storytelling and communication skills; ability to speak fluently with business people, designers, engineers and other stakeholders in English.
