Invoice for tutoring sessions; platform handles payments. What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in High School Level American Literature with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education are preferred. Compensation and Benefits Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects, with potential to earn up to $40/hour with the same student.
