Position Overview:
The Vehicle Rental Sales Professional serves as the primary sales representative for rental vehicles, catering to current and potential customers. This role will involve collaboration with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management while employing exceptional customer communication skills. It is a dynamic role that offers comprehensive insights into various business functions. We promote growth from within based on performance.

Rental Location: Peoria, IL
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, execute the marketing plan, maintain customer database accuracy, and maximize rental and sales opportunities.
Operations & Asset Management: Ensure profitability and smooth operations at the rental location by coordinating with various departments.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication: Establish effective relationships with customers and colleagues, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Additional Responsibilities:
On occasion, serve as an On-Call Representative as per scheduling needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle challenges and ambiguity.
High initiative and self-motivated.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive in building professional relationships across different organizational levels.
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED required.
Minimum one (1) year of sales experience required.
Compensation Information:
The offered compensation will consider various factors such as experience, education, location, and market data. The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20.50.
