Bringing a fresh and innovative approach to the design process.Alongside our catering partners, we manage Cypress Grove Estate House and Luxmore Grande Estate, premier event venues in Central Florida.Job DescriptionAs our Venue Sales Manager, you'll do more than book events, you'll build relationships, craft experiences, and guide our clients through one of the most exciting seasons of their lives. You're equal parts hospitality pro, detail whisperer, and trusted advisor!What You'll Do:Client Experience & SalesRepresent the venue with warmth and professionalism at every touch pointLead venue tours that are informative, engaging, and tailored to each clientPrepare custom proposals and confidently guide clients through the booking processMaintain consistent communication from inquiry through event dayCultivate long-term relationships that lead to glowing referrals and repeat bookingsPlanning Support & Internal CoordinationParticipate in weekly meetings to review upcoming events and client updatesAssist in shaping the guest experience with a focus on service flow and personalizationSupport day-of execution by prepping the team and being available for client needsSupport content creation efforts by contributing client stories, planning highlights, and event insights to the company blog in collaboration with the marketing teamSales Strategy & Brand PresenceTrack inquiries, conversion rates, and monthly bookings to support team goalsIdentify opportunities for up-selling and seasonal promotionsRepresent the brand at open houses, industry events, and styled shootsWork with the marketing team to spotlight client stories, rave reviews, and culinary highlightsWhy You'll Love It Here:You'll work in a beautiful environment surrounded by creativity, and celebrationYou'll join a team that values kindness, hospitality, and going above and beyondYou'll grow alongside a brand that's known for excellence and genuine connectionYou'll earn commission in addition to the base salaryYou'll be eligible for benefits as soon as your 90-day anniversary.
