We are seeking a strategic and influential Head of Sales Strategy to architect the sales approach for our Fraud product line. This high-impact role is central to aligning sales execution with product vision and go-to-market strategies, empowering our sales teams, and unlocking growth across diverse customer segments. You’ll be the driving force behind how we sell, scale, and succeed - bringing clarity, innovation, and momentum to every stage of the sales journey.
What You'll Do:
Partner with the Head of Product Strategy for the product area to ensure sales efforts align with product direction and business goal
Participate in strategic customer and prospect engagements, including calls and onsite meetings, to represent the product vision and gather market insights
Evangelize the product at industry events, partner forums, and customer briefings
Develop and refine sales strategies that support consistent, scalable, and effective selling motions
Gather feedback from sales reps and frontline teams to identify friction points and implement improvements to the sales process
Collaborate with Product Marketing to evolve messaging and positioning based on field learnings and industry trends
Collaborate with Product Management to share feedback and insights to influence the product roadmap
Drive initiatives to expand product adoption within the existing customer base, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the conduit between Product Strategy and Sales to jointly set and report on the forecasts and bookings and revenue targets
What We're Looking For:
Deep domain expertise and industry knowledge in banking and Fraud
Proven track record of 10 years+ in Fraud environments
Proven experience in SaaS sales strategy, enablement, or operations
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for empowering others

Champion alignment between sales strategy and product vision, resulting in measurable improvements in sales execution and revenue growth
Build strong relationships across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to foster collaboration and drive shared goals
Consistently meet or exceed strategic targets for bookings and revenue
Influence go-to-market strategy through actionable insights gathered from customer engagements and field feedback
