About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead the expansion into the REITs and national property managers segment. This role is pivotal in owning the entire sales motion for organizations with a significant number of single-family rental units. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from sourcing to closing enterprise deals, and will be expected to build deep customer expertise, shape the product roadmap, and create repeatable sales systems. The role demands a self-starter with a consultative selling approach, capable of driving strategic growth and influencing the company's enterprise strategy.

Candidates for this VP-level, individual contributor role should have a minimum of 5 years' of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a preference for those who have sold into owners, operators, or asset managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and possess an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in an environment of ambiguity and change. While not mandatory, experience in the real estate industry, particularly with REITs or commercial real estate, and a background in proptech or operational efficiency, such as energy or utilities, is considered a bonus. The role offers a significant earning potential, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's growth.
