About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales, Client Services, and Partnerships to lead its revenue growth, client success, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be a visionary and results-driven leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, fintech, forecasting, and supply chain technology. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing all revenue-generating activities, cross-collaborating with internal functions for precise planning and reporting, and managing the RevOps strategy to optimize salesforce architecture and pipeline accuracy. The VP will also be tasked with aligning resources and budgets to ensure sustainable, profitable growth, creating client case studies, and owning key revenue KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales experience, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar growth. They should possess executive presence, exceptional leadership, and change management skills, and be adept at contract negotiation and structuring complex deals. The role requires a strategic architect who can also be a hands-on operator, building scalable processes, and strengthening client relationships. The VP will be expected to champion cultural transformation, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns. A bachelor's degree in a related field is desired, and certifications in consultative selling or client experience methodologies are a plus.
