Vice President of Sales - North America - Note: Must have Commercial Furniture Sr. Sales


This is a critical executive-level hire, and we are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader with deep expertise in the commercial/motion furniture industry, a strong national dealer network, and a proven track record of building and leading

high-performing sales teamsparticularly across offline B2B channels.


Key candidate requirements include:

  • 15+ years of senior sales leadership (VP/SVPlevel) in the furniture industry
  • Experience managing $2B+ sales portfolios and scaling regional sales from $300M to $500M+
  • Familiarity with motion seating products(recliners, lift chairs, adjustable beds, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage across the U.S.
  • Strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and commercial clients
  • Ability to recruit, onboard, and expand national rep networks
  • Strategic mindset with experience in pricing, P&L, product development, and market expansion
  • Location: Remote with preference for candidates based within 1 hour of our showrooms (NJ, CA, TX, IL)
