About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the development of the sales team and strategy. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Key responsibilities for this role include leading, mentoring, and growing the sales team to exceed targets, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and maintaining key customer relationships. The VP of Sales will be expected to use data-driven decision-making to understand market trends, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth. Collaboration with the marketing team, managing daily sales operations, and utilizing CRM systems to track sales metrics are also integral to the position.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being a plus, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role. Extensive experience in e-commerce, Salesforce, KPI, operations, and Hubspot is essential.
