About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Sales with a strong background in B2B SaaS, particularly in the healthcare RCM/payments and EMR/PM integrations space. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling new logo and expansion revenue across billing companies, provider groups, and strategic partners. This role demands a data-driven leader who can own the sales strategy, execution, and talent, with a focus on building a high-performance sales engine. Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding ARR targets, driving forecast accuracy, and leading a team of Sales Executives. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in defining the go-to-market process, developing a partnership flywheel, and driving an expansion engine in collaboration with the Customer Success team.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in a multi-million-dollar ARR target environment. A deep understanding of the healthcare RCM/payments and EMR/PM integrations domain is essential, as is experience in selling to billing companies, MSOs, and multi-site provider groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong playbook for enterprise and mid-market sales, be adept at value-based selling, and have a proven ability to navigate executive-level deals.
