The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new patient services revenue opportunities in the US, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. This role demands a hands-on, high-energy leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the areas of healthcare enterprise software, patient services, and related fields. The VP of Sales will be tasked with leading large deal negotiations, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams, and maintaining and expanding business opportunities with potential clients. A deep understanding of reimbursement hub center operations, the specialty pharmacy marketplace, and the services provided in this space is essential.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a BS/BA in business, healthcare, computer science, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, and hub services is required, along with a documented track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas. The role demands an excellent communicator with strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of motivating and leading a sales team. The VP of Sales will be expected to have a specific understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization departments, client relationship development, and the ability to outline strategies for pursuing new clients and brands. The position also requires the ability to travel for client visits, industry conferences, and product training.
