We are seeking a Vice President of Sales with a demonstrated track record of success in selling to Banks, Credit Unions, and specialty third party finance companies.

Position Vice President of Sales with responsibility for generating and closing new business opportunities with fintech organizations and large financial institutions. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, attending key industry events, growing and managing the sales pipeline, and serving as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle. The successful candidate will be fluent in fintech and digital solutions, comfortable meeting and exceeding revenue targets, and will drive a consultative sales approach to position Cync Software as the software partner of choice for leading fintech organizations and financial institutions across the United States. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with Cync Sales' business objectives and target markets within the banking, software, SaaS, and fintech sectors. Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and training to ensure they consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the banking, software, SaaS, and fintech sectors, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and ensuring the team achieves or surpasses sales quotas. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the sales team and individual sales representatives. Provide accurate sales forecasts to inform business planning and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client needs effectively. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on strategic consulting and custom development services in the financial services industry. Hands-on experience working with fintech organizations and financial institutions. Strong track record of success in closing new business opportunities including six- and seven-figure deals, and winning business from existing clients. Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies and tracking their success. Experience managing sales pipelines in Salesforce and other CRM tools. Experience identifying decision-makers and building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients. Trusted by clients as a source for ongoing financial services strategic expertise. Ability to participate beyond the sales cycle and help ensure stellar execution of projects and client references. Ability to evolve the capabilities of the practice and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Goal oriented, thrives on exceeding targets and client expectations.
