About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of its sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, owning the sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and execution. This is a hands-on position that requires the creation of scalable processes and repeatable playbooks, as well as the ability to close strategic enterprise deals. The VP of Sales will also be expected to align with cross-functional leaders and report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Applicants for the VP of Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. A proven track record of building sales from the ground up is essential, as is experience with SaaS, AI, or automation in regulated industries. The ideal candidate will be a skilled team builder with strong execution and leadership abilities, capable of driving enterprise revenue growth and shaping the go-to-market strategy of the organization.
