Join Arrow as a VMware Sales Engineer, where you will play a vital role in providing technical direction and business guidance to our channel partner community across North America. In this position, you will drive partner enablement goals through innovative technical programs and manage day-to-day technical activities at the account level. Your expertise in VMware solutions will help you architect and evangelize impactful solutions for our channel partners. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute industry-specific account penetration strategies, including tailored product and sales enablement plans. Provide technical leadership during pre-sales activities, guiding channel partners to leverage VMware’s offerings. Lead the discovery, analysis, and design of comprehensive technology solutions, showcasing your expertise in VMware's advanced offerings. Act as a trusted consultant to develop solutions that align with our channel partners' technology and business needs. Deliver engaging technical presentations to channel partners’ teams. Work closely with Arrow marketing to produce digital technical content for our online platforms. Build strong relationships with Arrow account teams, partners, and end users to achieve sales objectives. Qualify VMware sales opportunities by assessing technical requirements, competition, and decision-making processes in collaboration with channel partners. What We’re Looking For: Deep knowledge of VMware solutions (VCF, SRM, Tanzu, etc.) and familiarity with Broadcom configuration or sizing tools. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and high level of sales acumen. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills. Industry certifications or experience related to modern infrastructure/cloud/AI solutions. Ability to deliver effective group presentations and trainings. Qualifications: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a four-year degree; or 6 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience. Work Arrangement: This role is fully remote, but you must be willing to travel to a designated Arrow office as required.
