This company is a global ODM leader and is seeking a Vice President of Sales to oversee one of their most critical accounts: Amazon Lab126. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for driving sales strategy, deepening relationships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Overview The Vice President of Sales will lead strategic sales initiatives for the Amazon Lab126 account, drive revenue growth, manage a senior sales team, and collaborate cross-functionally to align sales goals with company objectives.
Responsibilities Build and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently exceed revenue and growth objectives with Amazon Lab126.
Lead, coach, and develop a skilled sales team to achieve both individual and organizational targets.
Cultivate and expand senior-level relationships within Amazon Lab126’s purchasing and procurement teams.
Leverage prior experience and connections in the Amazon Lab126 ecosystem to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Analyze industry and supply chain trends to uncover areas for expansion and innovation.
Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to drive customer engagement and long-term business.
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that maximize value for both the client and Amazon Lab126.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure sales goals align with company initiatives.
Track and report on sales metrics, identifying performance gaps and implementing strategies to improve results.
Qualifications Background in Electronics Manufacturing Services, Consumer Electronics, technology, or a related industry
Direct experience with Amazon Lab126
10+ years of sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role
Proven track record of success driving revenue growth and managing enterprise-level accounts
