This is a high-impact executive opportunity to design and lead a modern sales function within a fast-scaling digital agency serving high-growth e-commerce brands. As VP of Sales, you'll own strategy, structure, and revenue performancebuilding a sales engine that converts mid-market and enterprise leads into long-term partnerships. You'll manage a growing team, close high-value deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategy with product and marketing insights. This remote-first role is ideal for a data-driven sales leader who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and lead a scalable sales strategy focused on mid-market and enterprise clients, with a strong outbound and ABM approach.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team including SDRs, AEs, and Strategic Account Directors.
  • Own top-line revenue growth, sales forecasting, and pipeline velocity across deal stages.
  • Personally drive and close high-value contracts in the $100K$5M+ range with CMOs and executive stakeholders.
  • Implement sales systems and infrastructure using tools like HubSpot and Gong, ensuring clear metrics and performance tracking.
  • Align closely with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure market-informed offers, pricing, and messaging.
