VP of Sales (US / EU / AU)

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Sales to oversee and drive revenue growth focused on crypto-fiat on/off-ramp services, institutional clients and OTC sales across key geographies (US / EU / AU). This person will lead in designing & executing sales strategies, building relationships with high value clients, integrating regulatory, compliance, and infrastructure concerns, and scaling sales & partnerships that support trading volume, liquidity, and fiat-crypto flow. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead go-to-market strategy specifically for crypto-fiat on/off-ramp services and for institutional & OTC clients in each region (US / EU / AU). Build, manage, and scale the sales team responsible for on/off-ramp partnerships (e.g. banks, payment processors, fiat rails) and institutional coverage, OTC desk relationships, enterprise / HNW clients. Originate, negotiate, close, and grow high value deals: OTC trading volume, liquidity provision, large institutional account onboarding, and ramp integrations. Drive development of on/off-ramp channels: partner selection, pricing strategy, compliance & KYC/AML coordination, settlement workflows, fiat banking relationships. Oversee the full sale cycle: prospecting, RFPs, structuring contracts (including bespoke liquidity, credit, settlement terms), compliance and risk approvals, execution and post-deal account management. Collaborate closely with Product, Trading/Operations, Compliance & Legal to ensure that product offerings support institutional needs (e.g. custody, reporting, API integrations, settlement latency, risk limits, margin/hedging where relevant). Monitor market trends: institutional demand, competitor offerings, regulatory shifts (in each region) that affect OTC, on/off-ramp, and fiat/crypto flows; feed insights into roadmap and strategy. Forecast, track and report key metrics: OTC trading volume growth, ramp usage metrics, client acquisition / retention, average deal size, margin / spread metrics, sales team KPIs. Ensure smooth client onboarding: due diligence / KYC / AML, legal documentation, payment/settlement mechanisms, treasury & liquidity needs. Cultivate partnerships and channels: banks, payment gateways, stablecoin issuers, compliance providers, liquidity providers, exchanges. Represent company externally: industry conferences, regulatory dialogues, institutional forums. Required Qualifications / Skills Strong track record in institutional sales / business development, particularly in crypto / digital assets, with specific experience with on/off-ramp services, OTC or institutional sales. Deep understanding of fiat & crypto infrastructure: banking relationships, payment rails, stablecoins, custody, settlement risk, liquidity provision. Experience structuring and negotiating large & complex deals with institutional/regulatory requirements. Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, licensing issues in US / EU / AU for crypto/fiat flows (AML / KYC, securities laws, payments regulations, cross-border rules). Strong network among institutional clients, OTC desks, exchanges, banks, and payment providers. Ability to manage multi-region complexity: region specific regulations, currency risks, time zones, cultural and commercial differences. Highly analytical: able to model margins / spreads for OTC deals, risk exposure, forecast volumes, optimize pricing and terms. Excellent leadership, team building, and mentoring: ability to recruit, structure, and motivate a high performing sales & partnerships team. Clear and persuasive communicator; able to manage internal stakeholders (product, compliance, legal, trading) and external ones (clients, partners, regulators).
