Were on a growth trajectory and were seeking a strategic, results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our U.S. sales organization.
What Youll Do
Set the vision, strategy, and execution plan for sales growth.
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team.
Drive revenue targets through pipeline management and effective forecasting.
Build and manage key strategic client relationships and negotiations.
Partner with marketing on demand generation and go-to-market initiatives.
Represent FSS at major industry conferences and events.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
Track record in SaaS B2B sales, ideally in legal or banking tech.
Experience managing sales teams and influencing C-level executives.
Proven expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and closing enterprise deals.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
